Introduction
Welcome to Elderfield, a cozy horror RPG with hand-drawn art and dark lofi music. Manage your farm, befriend or romance the locals, investigate mysteries, decorate your home, fight terrifying creatures, fish, cook, seek the Old Gods, die in your sleep, and more... There's lots to do in Elderfield!
Welcome to Elderfield was the second project I started on at Kwalee as Social Media Manager. The game was developed by a solo-developer, Chris Cote, and was a horror farming sim with Stardew Valley influence. Due to the games distinct, Junji Ito artstyle, I was able to create eye-catching engaging short form content, as well as more mechanic in-depth content for platforms such as Twitter.

Character Introductions
A major component of the game is the characters you can interact with around the town of Elderfield, with many of them being romance-able. There are both human characters, as well as non-human ones such as the slime-creature Blorph.
Content focussed on character introductions, their likes/dislikes and how to romance them performed particularly well on short form platforms.

Story style content
Due to the open ended nature of the title, there is lots for the player to explore and do, such as side-quests and combat encounters.
I created lots of content centred around memorable interactions and side quests. By structuring content around "The average day in Elderfield", it provided an engaging short-form style that resonated well with the cozy game audience.
